The 3M Versaflo TR-600-HIK is a powered air respiratory protection system for heavy industrial work where dust, particles, mists and certain gases or vapours may be present. This ready-to-use set combines the TR-602E powered air turbo with the M-307 helmet/face shield and the TR-6310E A2P filter, combining respiratory protection with protection for the eyes, face and head.

The set is suitable for professionals working in dusty or contaminated industrial environments, for example during preparation, cleaning, inspection, light sanding, grinding, metalworking, sponge blasting and supporting tasks around blasting work. The M-307 headtop from the 3M Versaflo M-Series has been developed for heavy industrial applications where additional protection is required.

The TR-600 powered air turbo provides a constant supply of filtered air and automatically adjusts the airflow to compensate for filter loading. The user can choose from multiple airflow settings. Visual, audible and vibratory alerts indicate when the battery is low or the filter is becoming blocked. This makes the TR-600-HIK a comfortable and versatile solution for prolonged professional use.

Please note: this system is not intended as a replacement for an air-fed blast helmet during heavy grit blasting, direct blasting work or direct exposure to rebounding abrasive. For these applications, a dedicated blast helmet with supplied breathing air remains the correct choice.
